Telehealth
OUR SERVICES
We offer telehealth services as an option for individual counseling. Some research has shown that for some teletherapy is just as effective as in-person therapy. Some benefits include patients having more privacy from home, accessibility, and convenience.
Telehealth can assist with maintaining confidentiality by providing a healthy level of anonymity during the therapy process.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a method of treatment used to identify and change thought patterns that can be destructive and self defeating. We are admonished to “take every thought into captivity”, as some thoughts can negatively impact the way we feel and act.
CBT can help one identify and understand these negative thoughts, where they come from and how to manage them, as well as develop problem-solving skills that can help with the development of a greater sense of confidence.
